Payments for services rendered are non-refundable. Transactions are processed through third-party payment providers; SecretText is not responsible for any issues arising from these financial transactions.
Users are eligible for a refund if they are not satisfied with the service or if their SMS messages do not reach their intended recipients. Requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of the transaction date.
5. Privacy and Legal Cooperation
While SecretText offers a message forwarding service, we retain the right to cooperate with legal authorities and disclose user data as required by law. This includes sharing user data such as payment information with law enforcement agencies if requested.
6. Limitation of Liability
SecretText is not liable for any damages that may occur, whether they be direct, indirect, special, or consequential, as a result of using this service.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, SecretText and its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on SecretText. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
8. Usage Restrictions
- Users must not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the proper functioning of SecretText's services.
- Users must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to SecretText's systems or networks.
- Users must not use SecretText for any unlawful, offensive, or harmful activities, including but not limited to spamming, phishing, or spreading malware.
